Which areas of Sheffield do you cover?
Our dog walking service and home visits currently cover the following areas; Ecclesall, Whirlow, Dore, Totley, Bradway, Beauchief, Greenhill, Millhouses, Nether Edge, Brincliffe, Endcliffe, Greystones, High Storrs, Bents Green, Ringinglow, Lodge Moor, Crosspool, Fulwood, Nerther Green, Ranmoor, Crookes, Broomhill, Hunter’s Bar, Sharrow Vale, Carter Knowle and Abbeydale. If your area isn’t mentioned here please get in touch and we’ll see if we can arrange something for you, or recommend someone else that may be able to help.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured to care for up to six dogs at any one time, however we like to keep our walks to a maximum of four, possibly five, dogs at a time.
Are you criminal record checked?
We are checked with Disclosure Scotland and hold a clear Criminal Conviction Certificate which can be seen on request.
How do I pay?
Services can be paid for by cash, cheque or Bacs transfer. Payment for services is required in advance, either one week before or at the time of booking if within a week. If you require a regular service we suggest a monthly standing order is set up by yourselves to reserve your place.
How do I book?
You can either complete the online enquiry form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to book you in, or you can give us a call on 07976 825590.
Before any pet care is provided we will arrange to meet with you and your pet at your home, where we will discuss your requirements and your pet’s needs, go through some important questions and ask you to sign the terms and conditions of the agreed pet care contract. We will also take your dog for a short walk to test recall etc.
Once your first service is booked in, we are happy to take bookings via email or text message, which will be confirmed back to you.
What if I need to cancel?
Services can be cancelled without charge providing 48 hours notice is given.
What hours and days are your services available?
Our dog walking services run from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, or 7am to 2pm on Saturdays. If you require a service outside of these times, please contact us to see if we can arrange something for you, or recommend someone else that may be able to help.
